This high performance Rapid Response Tactical boot from Converse features a composite safety toe that meets or exceeds ASTM F2413-05 Class 75 and CSA Z195-02 Grade 1 standards for impact and compression. Plus, the coposite toe will not absorb heat or cold like a steel toe and is considered more comfortable by most customers.

The boot itself is a great looking uniform or tactical boot that is comfortable, light and easy on your feet. The boot features a quick access side zipper for easy one and off and it is a stealth boot, meaning it is completely non-metallic.

The upper is 1000 denier nylon and full grain leather. The lower features a slip-resistant sole that is non-marking. Inside they feature Converse’s Shock Eliminator System and removable FootForce comfort insole to provide comfort and impact protection. The Sure-Grip Plus Trail Outsole provide excellent traction on dirt or solid surfaces. All-in-all, this is a well-built boot designed to excel in demanding conditions.

Owned these boots since January 2010. Very comfy and good for daily use. Would definately have another pair. Bad points so far, after only 2 months use, the stitching on the rubber upper at the heel of the boot has broken which was unexpected. Apart from that a good quality boot.
