Voodoo Tactical Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions set forth what you can expect from us as a seller and what we expect from you as a buyer. When you purchase an item from VoodooTactical.net, you agree to be bound by these following terms and conditions:

Fast Shipping, Guaranteed
Most items ship within one business day. In fact, Voodoo Tactical guarantees to ship items to domestic customers within two business days of receipt of payment. (For PayPal e-checks -- which take several days to clear -- and other methods of payment that are not instantaneous, the two-day timeframe starts when we receive payment.) If we do not ship with this two-day timeframe, contact us for a refund of your shipping costs, up to $25.
Please note that this guarantee does not guarantee delivery in two days, only that the product leaves or warehouse in one or two business days. Time of shipment will be determined by the post mark or carrier shipping report. Because most carriers do not pick up or deliver on weekends, orders placed on weekends or postal holidays are considered to have been placed the following business day for the purpose of this guarantee. The first business day is the business day following your purchase, the second business day is the following business day. Accurate Order Fulfillment
We guarantee that you will get the item you purchased. If we make a mistake packing your order, or if the description is materially different than the item you receive, please contact us at Help@VoodooTactical.Net and we will fix the problem at no additional cost to you.
Please note that this guarantee only applies to our errors. It does not apply to items that do not fit or items you do not like. If you wish to make a return or exchange your item for another size, please see our return and exchange policy.
This is the only guarantee we make regarding the items we sell. Pleases see our Warranty section for information on warranties.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of our customers and to ensure the reliability of our products, the following items are NOT returnable:
Underwear, including long underwear
Gas masks, filters and related items;
Items that offer ballistic protection, such as vests and helmets;
First aid kits and medical supplies such as QuikClot
Aerosol sprays, such as pepper spray
Items that have been worn, laundered, altered or show signs of use
Returns
If your return is due to an error on our part, we want to fix the problem. Please contact us for instructions. If your item is damaged in the field, please refer to our warranties section.
We're confident of the products we offer, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on new, unused product within 30 days for a refund. No need to get an RMA number or jump through any other hoops, just repackage the item in its original packaging and shipping carton and send it back to us with a note requesting the refund. We do charge a 15% restocking fee, but this is waived for exchanges and for items returned from APO/FPO addresses and for customers who provide a copy of their valid law enforcement or military ID.
All returned items must be in new, resalable condition, preferably with the original tags and packaging. Items that fail in service are not eligible for a return, but may be candidates for replacement under the manufacturer's warranty.
Returned items that do not meet our return criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping is not refundable. Shipping, including return shipping, is the responsibility of the purchaser. If your item was purchased under a free shipping promotion, your refund will be minus the shipping cost.
Items that fail in service are not eligible for a return, but may be candidates for replacement under the manufacturer's warranty. Please see our warranty section for more details.
Exchanges
We understand that it is difficult to buy clothing and footwear online, so we will exchange items that do not fit for the same item in a different size.
There are two ways to handle an exchange:
1. Buy the new item; return the old one to us for a refund. This is the fastest and easiest.
2. Return the old item to us with a note requesting an alternate size. Include payment for shipping. We will ship the new item to you. We generally process returns and exchange in two or three business days.
Due to the long shipping times and cost of international shipping, orders outside the U.S., Canada and European Union are not returnable and cannot be exchanged.
Customers in the European Union have a 40 day return period, where required by law.
Shipping for all exchanges and returns is the buyer's responsibility. If your item originally had free shipping, you still must pay shipping for the exchanged item.
