All Voodoo tactical brand MOLLE Gear and tactical gear comes with a one year warranty. Other brands of products may be covered by a separate manufacturer's warranty.
Generally speaking, if your Voodoo Tactical gear fails in the first year of service, send it back to us and we will replace the item with a new one. Legal specifics are as follows:
Limited Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies only to Voodoo Tactical brand products purchased from us or through this web site. It does not cover Voodoo Tactical shoes and boots, which are subject to normal wear and tear.
All other products are excluded from this warranty, but may be covered by a warranty offered by their manufacturer. Check with the respective manufacturer(s) for more details.
The limited warranty is provided to the original owner only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase will be required for any limited warranty on Voodoo Tactical brand products.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects which occur as a result of normal use of the product and does not apply to products that have been repaired or altered, which have been damaged in an accident, which have been subjected to misuse and abuse, or which have problems not arising from defects in original material or workmanship.
Limited Warranty Coverage
If we receive notice of a defect which is covered by our warranty within one year of the date of purchase, VoodooTactical.net will send replacement parts, repair the item, or a replace the product, solely at our option. The buyer is responsible for returning the item to us for repair or replacement.
Limitation of Warranty
Neither the manufacturer, VoodooTactical.net, nor its third party suppliers make any other warranty or condition of any kind whether expressed or implied, with respect to the Voodoo Tactical brand products, and specifically disclaim the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Except for the limited obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shall VoodooTactical.net, our parent company, the manufacturer, or third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory and whether advised of the possibilities of such damages. There are no expressed warranties other than those stated herein.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitations of implied warranties or consequential damages, therefore, the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Warranty and Return Procedure
For the duration of the warranty period, VoodooTactical.net will send replacement parts, repair the item, or replace defective products. If a product is suspected of being defective, the owner should contact the Customer Service department at 877-5-VOODOO.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the defective product to us. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for round trip shipping. Customer name, street address, and phone number must be included with the product. A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with the date must be included with the return.
