This policy covers how VoodooTactical.net treats personal information that VoodooTactical.Net collects and receives. Register or open an account on our website. The information we require to register or open an account includes your first and last name and email address. This information is used to allow you to order more quickly, to track your orders, and to allow you to monitor and change your subscriptions and out-of-stock notifications, tags, and othe rinformation (see below).
- Submit information on a “Contact Us” form on our website. This information includes your name, email address and (optionally) your phone number. The information is used to respond to your query but it is not used to send you marketing or other information unrelated to you query. A record of inquires is retained in our help desk application so that we can assist you with further inquiries.
- Subscribe to a newsletter, out of stock notification, or request a coupon. The information collected in this case includes your email address and name. This information is used to provide you with the newsletter subscription, in-stock notification, coupon or other information you requested. Your request may become part of your account data, and if so it can be modified by logging into your account. You may also unsubscribe to newsletters or other marketing emails by clicking on the link in each email.
- Ask us a question using the chat box. The information collected when you use the chat box includes your name and email address. This information and any subsequent chat discussion or email correspondence is retained in our help desk application so that we can address your question and any future inquiries. Inquiries are not linked to your account but if you are inquiring about a specific order, it may include links to that order which may include other personal information such as your bill to or ship to address.
- Purchase an item. Information collected includes your IP address, which is used to help prevent fraudulent transaction; your billing address and payment information, which is used to process payment and any future refunds or adjustments; your shipping address, which is used to fulfill and deliver your order by us and by third parties such as drop shippers and carriers including but not limited to Fedex and the postal services; and your email address and phone number, so that we may communicate to you about the order. With the exception of credit card numbers and related payment details, which are NOT retained, all of the above data is retained so that we can handle post-sale inquiries, process returns and refunds, and honor future warranty requests. Your order information is also linked to your account, where you can view your order history and track your shipments.
When you leave a review. When you leave a product review, you are asked to provide a nickname and review of a product you have purchased. This information becomes our property. Reviews are not associated with your or your account unless you provide personally identifying information, such as your true name, instead of a nickname. We discourage the use of personally identifying information in reviews. If you do provide personally identifying information in a review, you can contact us to request that we delete or modify it.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
VoodooTactical.Net does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, or as required by law. Data may be available to third party providers with whom we partner to provide marketing, analytics, fulfillment, and other services.
